Why Questions About Obama’s Identity and Citizenship Won’t (and Shouldn’t) Go Away

But instead we get one federal judge after another declaring that the suits brought forth in the name of Truth and Justice are frivolous, have no merit or legal standing. In other words, the constitutional concerns of the so-called average American don’t count. Continue reading

Scalia’s Dissent: The Defining Characteristic of Sovereignty

Jefferson’s Kentucky Resolutions insisted “that alien friends are under the jurisdiction and protection of the laws of the state wherein they are [and] that no power over them has been delegated to the United States, nor prohibited to the individual states, distinct from their power over citizens.” Continue reading

Leaks, Contempt, and Other Unconstitutional Offerings

Funny how America’s national security secrets keep showing up in the press with alarming regularity of late — yet four years on we still can’t get a straight answer regarding Barack Obama’s college studies, nor the source of his pricey ivy league tuition. Continue reading

Turning ObamaCare’s Lemons into Federalist Lemonade

That many liberals are celebrating the outcome of today’s case, despite the court’s rejection of their main legal arguments, indicates that they are concerned more with achieving their goals than with the law. They may live to regret this myopia. Continue reading
